The two 10 in. Norfin trolls, one in yellow, the other in purple, are marked 604 on their feet. The third 12 in. doll, 1984-1985, came with a wrist-tag reading Baby Girl. She was made in Denmark by Dam Things Aps. and imported by EFS Marketing Assoc.
At the flea market someone was selling a collection of wooden trolls. They live here now along with their spears, treasure chests, and new names: Smog, Fog, Lug, Sneak, Dirty Girty, Flea, Fudge, etc. That is IT for trolls!!!
Trolls portray supernatural beings from Scandinavian folklore. Various companies copied the Fauni Trolls, circa 1952, designed by a couple from Finland, Helena and Martti Kuuslkoski.
